The Lookouts took care of the Stars 6-3 and Caonabo Cosme was one of the hitting stars. He went three for four with a homerun and two RBIs. Enrique Cruz went one for three with a double, a walk, two RBIs and two runs.
Ramon Ramirez picked up the win with two shutout innings of relief. He gave up two hits and he struck out three.
Jay Garthwaite drove in the only Lookout run in the ninth inning on a ground out in their 6-1 loss to Huntsville. Enrique Cruz was the only Lookout hitter with two hits and he went two for four.
Camillo Vazquez dropped to 4-7 on the season with a rough start. He gave up six runs on twelve hits with seven strikeouts in 6 1/3 innings.
James Avery improved to 6-7 on the season with one of his best starts of the season. He gave up three hits and three walks with one strikeout in 6 1/3 shutout innings.
The Lookouts were held to two hits and both were by Caonabo Cosme. One of them was double and he also scored the only run of the game for either side.
Camilo Vazquez improved to 4-6 on the season with a very nice start in the Lookouts 6-0 win. He gave up just five hits and he struck out five in seven shutout innings.
Jay Garthwaite went two for four with a double, two RBIs and run. Drew Anderson went two for four with a triple, an RBI and two runs.
Richie Gardner improved to 2-1 on the season with a nice start in the Lookouts 7-0 blowout win over the Barons. He gave up four hits and he struck out six in 6 2/3 shutout innings.
Jay Garthwaite went two for five with a three run homer in the win. Enrique Cruz went three for five with a homerun, two RBIs and two runs.
Sam Lecure had a rough start in the Lookouts 5-4 loss to Carolina although he didn’t take the loss. He gave up four runs on five hits and three walks with two strikeouts in 5 2/3 innings. Then Calvin Medlock gave up a run in the sixth that proved to be the game winner and he took the loss.
Enrique Cruz had a nice day at the plate. He went two for four with a homerun and two RBIs. Caonabo Cosme doubled twice and drove in a run while Jay Garthwaite went two for four with a solo homerun.
Carlos Fisher fell to 2-2 on the season with a rough start in the Lookouts 9-1 loss to Carolina. He gave up five runs on seven hits and three walks with two strikeouts in 4 1/3 innings.
Tyrell Godwin had the only hit of the game for the Lookouts. He singled and drove in the only run.
The Lookouts went into the seventh down 4-1 but they scored four in the seventh and one in the eighth to win it. Tonys Guitierrez went four for four with a double and a run. Tyrell Godwin went two for four with two doubles, three RBIs and a run.
Mike Bumatay picked up the win although he was pretty much in the right place at the right time. He got the two batters out that he pitched to in the sixth inning.
James Avery dropped to 5-7 on the season with a rough start in the Lookouts 7-3 loss to Jacksonville. He gave up four runs on eight hits and five walks with three strikeouts in 3 2/3 innings.
Tonys Gutierrez went one for three with a homerun, two RBIs and two runs in the loss. Ryan Hanigan went two for four with a run.
Drew Anderson had a really nice day at the plate in the Lookouts 7-2 win over the Suns. He went three for four with a grand slam and two runs scored. Enrique Cruz also had a productive day and he went one for three with a homerun, two RBIs and two runs.
Richie Gardner had a really nice start and he improved to 1-1 on the season. He gave up just two hits and two walks with seven strikeouts in 6 2/3 shutout innings.
Luke Lockwood dropped to 1-6 on the season with a tough start in the Lookouts 8-4 loss to Huntsville. He gave up six runs on ten hits and two walks with three strikeouts in 5 1/3 innings.
Marland Williams provided most of the offense with one swing of the bat. He belted a three run homer in the sixth inning. Enrique Cruz went three for four with a run and an RBI.
James Avery dropped to 5-6 on the season with a tough start against the Huntsville. He gave up six runs on seven hits and two walks in four innings.
Cody Strait had a big three run homerun that put the Lookouts back into the game in the 6-5 loss. Ryan Hanigan went two for three with two doubles and a run.

The Lookouts scored three runs in the eighth inning, and while Mississippi answered with two in the ninth, the Lookouts held on to win it 7-6. Enrique Cruz had a nice day at the plate and he went two for three with a double, a homerun and three RBIs. Luis Bolivar went two for four with two runs and an RBI.
Luke Lockwood gave up three runs in five innings in his start. Brock Till picked up the win despite giving up two runs in his single inning of work.
