Rafael Gonzalez Throws Five Shutout Frames In Sarasota Loss

Rafael Gonzalez didn’t get the win and neither did the Reds, but he put on a nice show on the mound.  He gave up four hits and three walks with five strikeouts in five shutout innings.  Jesus Carnevale took the loss and he gave up three runs in just 1/3 of an inning.

Jason Bour belted a solo homer in the second inning in the 3-2 loss.  Neftali Soto went two for four.
